Supplied materials

Aluminosilicate microspheres (often called cenospheres) are a lightweight powdery material consisting of hollow microspheres that are formed as a by-product of coal combustion at thermal power plants.
Main properties
Composition: silicon oxides (SiO₂ ~50–65%) and aluminum oxides (Al₂O₃ ~25–40%), small impurities of Fe₂O₃, CaO, MgO.
Form: hollow spheres with a diameter of 10–500 μm.
Density: 0.35–0.7 g/cm³ (several times lighter than water).
Thermal conductivity: low (good heat insulator).
Refractoriness: up to 1400–1600 °C.
Chemical resistance: resistant to alkalis, salts, oil, weak acids.


Aluminum grade A7 is high-purity primary aluminum (at least 99.7% Al). It is often used as a raw material for further processing and alloys, as well as in industries where corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity are important.
Main characteristics
Purity: 99.7% aluminum (Fe ≤ 0.16%, Si ≤ 0.20%, impurities — minimal).
Form of delivery: ingots weighing 15–25 kg, stacked on pallets.
Density: 2.7 g/cm³.
Melting point: 660 °C.
Applications
Electrical engineering: cables, conductive busbars, radiators.
Construction and architecture: facades, roofing, window profiles.
Aviation and mechanical engineering: structural elements where lightness is required.
Chemical industry: corrosion-resistant equipment.
Packaging: foil, food containers.



Aluminum AB 97
Grade A97 is primary aluminum of particularly high purity (at least 99.97% Al).
Main characteristics
Aluminum purity: ≥ 99.97%
Impurities: extremely low (Fe, Si, Cu, etc. within hundredths of a percent)
Form of release: ingots weighing 6–25 kg.
Appearance: silvery-white metal with a characteristic luster.
Difference from A7 and A8
A7 — 99.7% Al
A8 — 99.8% Al
A97 — even purer aluminum (99.97%), used where high electrical conductivity and chemical resistance are critical.
Aluminum powder
Aluminum powder is a finely dispersed powder made from aluminum (silver-gray or dark gray in color) obtained by mechanical or gas atomization methods.
Main characteristics
Particle size: 1 to 200 microns (depending on the production method).
Particle shape: spherical, flaky, or irregular.
Al content: typically 90–99.7% (the rest is oxide film and impurities).
Bulk density: 0.2–1.2 g/cm³.
Chemical activity: high, easily oxidized when heated.
Rice husk ash (RHA)
Rice husk ash (RHA) is a by-product of rice husk combustion. Due to its high content of amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO₂), it has great industrial value.
Composition (average values)
SiO₂: 85–95% (in amorphous form — the most valuable part)
Al₂O₃: 0.5–2%
Fe₂O₃: 0.3–2%
CaO: 1–2%
K₂O, MgO, and other impurities — in small quantities.
Properties
Lightweight black powder (combustion temperature 600 degrees Celsius).
High specific surface area → excellent pozzolanic properties (reacts with Ca(OH)₂).
Fire resistance and low thermal conductivity.
Environmentally friendly material — processing of agricultural waste.
